ford 460 horsepower combo???

so i recently made a good score with a low milage running 460 from a 69 lincoln and was pondering some upgrades to boost the hp and tq for one of my project trucks. So heres the list and I'm hoping for about 425 hp and 500 ft pnd tq
truck avenger 770 cm carb
performer rpm airgap intake
full length 1 7/8 headers
stock short block
heads refreshed with 3angle vavle job
comp cam extreme 4x4 cam

This motor will be gone through of coarse to make sure all the internals are up to par but will remain stock. Any accessories needed to work in conjunction with the upgraded parts will be added as well lifters, springs etc...
Does anyone have any guesses on the output this combination would have?

I don't know what you would get, but one minor little item. This engine is probably 10.5:1 compression ratio and will not like the current "premium" fuel. You might want to consider using later pistons with the .240 dish to drop down into the 9.5-9.7:1 area, it will still run quite well like that. I had a 74 short block with D0VE heads and everything else stock in a 1971 Mercury Colony Park. It would light the tires very easily with a 2.71 gear. Wasn't much for fuel economy though.

I have a bunch of gas stations in my area that sell 93 oct fuel. I should be fine as long as my timing is where it should be. This build is for a offroad and hauling toy so I'm not concerned about fuel costs.Worst case scenario I might have to blend race fuel with every tank full. You are right about the motor being a 10.5:1 ratio though.

I'm almost sure fuel blending will be in your future with that CR. Back in the day, 'Regular' grade gas was 92 octane. and 'Premium' was 96.

Today's alkygazz that comes out of the pump will not support any 'real' compression. My brother's '71 Ranchero with a 351C worked out to about 10.7 CR and he needs pump Premium with a big load of octane boost in every tank.

Racing gas here in the Bay Area starts at $7 a gallon for VP 93 octane unleaded and just goes up from there.

I suggest you build it with 9.0 CR just so you can buy pump gas for it.

Just my 0.02 USD worth. YMMV.

I'm really not worried about the fuel issue as there are many ways to fix the problem. So back to my question, does anyone have any ideas of the hp output of my combination?

Well, if it's built right you should be able to reach your goal. The stock 69 was 365hp and 500ft-lb torque if I remember the specs on our 69 MKIII. I changed the carb to a 69 428CJ Holley from the Motorcraft 4300 and it really woke it up. Headers, cam and a little head work should help you get the additional 60hp as the manifolds on these were rather restrictive. I am not familiar with avenger carbs.
