hey guys, few questions for ya.
i have an 03 f-250 xl.
being an xl, it has the paddle mirrors, sealed beam headlights, and worst seat belt buckles i have ever had the displeasure of using.

i would like to upgrade to the towing mirrors predominantly for better visibility, but also because they look 10x better. do they just bolt in place?
i will most likely be going with 100% manual, non heated mirrors, just because i dont have the switches for power mirrors, and i dont want to start cutting up my door panels.

next:
headlights. sealed beams are fine, but i have heard of people switching to e-code headlights and using HID bulbs. anyone have any experience with this?
if i do go with HID, i will be using a 4500k or 5000K set of 35W bulbs. i dont want the purple/blue look, just the extra light. 55W might be brighter but overkill in my opinion. if anyone has any experience with this, i'd appreciate it.

next:
seat belt buckles.
i have a bench seat, and the seat belt buckles have a metal-ish feeling mount. most cars and trucks i have ever been in has the same cloth that the actual belts are made of holding the buckle in place.
i was wondering if anyone out there had cloth buckle straps. maybe in a king ranch or higher luxury modle or something.
maybe i can just swap them out if there is a factory ford replacement/upgrade.

really guys. what i want to do is my business. while it may affect other drivers if installed improperly, i am not an idiot, and plan on retrofitting projectors in, as well as properly aiming the bulbs to avoid any glare.

I will be willing to bet that all of you who think that HID bulbs are one step up from pure satanic evil have only seen HID bulbs that were not aimed, and not installed properly.

just keep in mind what your mom told you when you were a kid.
if you dont have anything nice to say, keep your mouth shut.
