Driveway alignment
Discovered why my truck was so twitchy to drive. Got my alignment tools out and found +1.5 degrees camber and real crappy castor.
got out the book and seen the eccentric upper ball joint. Twisted them around to get max castor and -.5 camber. re-adjusted toe and it drives like a new truck. Dead straight tracking on the highway.

Joe - Im glad you posted this. My truck has the non-adjustable camber/caster sleeves and was considering buying a fully adjustable set off ebay. My brother says most places don't even adjust that anymore tho. Anyway, should I shouldn't I?

napa sells the camber caster shims.
For $25-30 you can do it the easy way by taking it to a shop and have them just check the alignment and print out the readings for you. This well tell you how much it is off.
Take the nut off the top ball joint and you should be able to read the deg. of correction on the installed shim. Add or subtract to that reading to find out what size shim you need to order. Once you have this as close as you can get it to spec that you shouldn't have to change it.
Hardest part of this is getting the shims out if they are rusted in.
