no i,m safe from flooding. theres a river at the north of our lot but were on higher land. i could have rain and melting water but my basement is unfinished. the river here does swell and flood but its only in late april early may thats dangerous. thats when the mountains start melting , and the weather is alot warmer. the old folks say theres danger up until the leaves start growing. they say when the trees start waking up they drink alot of water ,which lowers the water in the soils. now i,m can,t say if thats true , but it seems to work!

i have been doing exercise since the 22 of january . i meet a physiotherapist , and he gave me exercise to straighten my back. i do it 5 times a week. seems like its doing good. if i can do it so can you john. just a little kick in the butt. he was ok i have no insurance, he told me to follow up by phone so i don,t need to pay again.

i have been doing exercise since the 22 of january . i meet a physiotherapist , and he gave me exercise to straighten my back. i do it 5 times a week. seems like its doing good. if i can do it so can you john. just a little kick in the butt. he was ok i have no insurance, he told me to follow up by phone so i don,t need to pay again.
i can try to explain . first one is laying on your back knees bent. you just touch your knees left count to five and then twist right for a count of five ,repeat 5 times
next one on your back you try and touch your nose to your knees ,while leaving the other leg straight and on the floor. same thing count to five repeat 5 timess.
then on your back feet on the floor knees bent. you lift your waist and arc hold 5 seconds repeat 15 times
this one you do on your side knees bent 90 drgrees ,and your elbow and forearm on the floor. again you lift your waist sideways for 5 seconds repeat 15 times and do both sides.
last one is push ups ,but with your knees on the floor its to flex your back reward . hold and repeat 10 times.
doesn,t take long to do , and i think its doing me good . i,m useing less aleves ! try it and if you don,t understand i will try and be clearer.

It`s good to hear that at least for now you`re safe from flooding Brian. My trees take a lot of watering in my sand yard when it`s hot and dry here. An hour of Pink Panther music would be hard to take, it`s catchy tune but still......
