I dont know if anything you worked on would interfere with the turbo, but could be a problem like a bad vgt solenoid thats intermitten, i have an am intake that i've played with, had it on the truck awhile ago, then took it off, at shut down it would sound like the "chu chu chu", thats turbine slowing down, replaced the turbo and put the intake on today to hear it, and the "chu chu chu" happens at shut down. so that normal, the slugglish turbo could be a loose connection, bad vgt solenoid, bad EBP sensor, but if it doesnt happen again, i wouldnt worry about it
Left my CTS i believe it is. (right by the t stat) and it made a whole buncha weird sounds... fluttering i belive is the best word. and yeah.. plugged it in... no more noises.. Might help...
