door locks again

Ok only my back power door lock works( both keyless and button/ locks and unlocks). Front and rear poassenger doors won't lock or unlock with keyless or button but all will lock/unlock manually. Checked actuators, did the foil fix sucessfully some years back. Whats weird about this time is they all quit at once (except like I said the back works). I can hear the relays in the security module behind the radio clicking when I use both the keyless and the buttons but it's like the current is too low to go ahead and hit the threshold to activivate the actuators. Could all the actuator motors just be warn out? Is there something bleeding off the voltage? I metered the actuator leads while pressing lock and unlock and did get a spike but it's so momentary I can't see what voltage my meter is peaking at. I hooked it up to an external 12 volt supply and it worked fine? thanks Charlie

I found new actuators at the site below for 18.94 each, ordered 4. replaced and all is well now. I guess the foil trick will work for 3-4 years but then most likely maybe the motors just wear out. Anyway total repair bill 64.00 to have all locks functional again. Thanks everyone US Auto Parts - Catalogs - 2001 Ford Excursion Door Lock Actuator Stock Replacement
