Well it was fun but eye opening! The local cycle shop owner and manager I bought my road bike from invited me for a late night ride with the racing club they are members of....Well being that I am a newbie, these guys were alittle bit above my league. I was able to stay with them the first 8 miles, second 8 miles and then the 3rd 8 miles they started leaving me. They ended up laping me right at the end, but I went ahead and finished the last lap. Well they were impressed with my quickness and skills, and said I might be earning a jersey before I know it haha.
