Mechanically it's not hard, it's the box sides. I'd just find a box myself. But you may be able to just remove the fenders. Can't recall what is under there myself...
Hey Guys, I did use the 4 wheel drive last year. The jerking from side to side just started a few weeks ago. But went really bad very fast. In about 3 weeks it went from an annoying minor bump in the wheel to the "Holy Crap I Thought It Was Going To Flip Over" (from Kristine). "I WILL NOT DRIVE IT TILL YOU GET IT FIXED". Thanks again Dave! What a difference!
Replaced the PS pump first, thinking the valve was sticking.
Has anybody here ever swapped a DRW to a SRW? I'm contemplating doing that with Fungus. I have a SRW Sterling 10.25 coming my way. I will need to swap the front spindles.
How hard is changing out the outer box walls? Should I just replace the entire thing with a SRW box?
Yep, just got back from the trick-or-treat run. WOW, is all I have to say. People just give the kids handfuls of sugar. Its almost like taking them to grandmas house. LOL
I hate to be a wuss, but I am gonna turn in early tonight. I had a late night taking care of the MRS. after all that partying. Plus I am handicapped till the bandage comes off my finger. Ugghh! Have a good night everyone.
Hope your fingers get better Cory. I smashed mine in the door of the tractor cab today, not stiches, but looks ugly.
We were hauling the last load of logs out with my buddies dump truck and got it stuck in a low spot. It was stuck bad and probably weighed 35000 lbs with the logs. Had to go get two of the neighbors big Deeres and my brother in laws to pull it out. We broke a 4" tow rope twice.
