Well I just snagged a tow going to St.Paul tomorrow from here in town so my weekend just got paid for and a business trip too! We will drop the little guy off at my inlaws and haul the car to the cities tomorrow and then up to the party. Gotta love it when a plan comes together!

Good morning Steve and Mike.
Does anybody have any suggestions for a Smart phone for a Verizon plan? My current feature phone display gave up the ghost and I'm looking into replacing it. I'm interested in getting a Smart Phone now. Perhaps even a mobile hotspot.
Is Droid worth the price increase? Or, is a Blackberry still pretty darn useful?

Okay. Blackberrys seem to be the Dodges of the phone world.
I'm sortof sold on Droid as an OS.

Those all seem like pretty good choice.
I sit at a computer all day, every day, for the most part. Honestly, I don't really need to be attached when I'm away from it. I have a very basic cell phone right now and have been able to get by. But, I want a smartphone anyway.
What void in my life is it gonna fill and how would any of the above models surpass the others in doing so?

Hey Eric, how's it going tonight? I have no input on the smart phones. I have a phone that is just that ,a phone. If we had better cell coverage at the house, I'd upgrade and get rid of the land line.

Well I have the plain ole Motorola Droid. It has so many capabilities, it can fill any void!
From my experience I would stay away from the Samsung. The Droid 2 has got great reviews, and the incredible so so. The X I've not heard much.
