Grille question
Hi all, I have a 67 grille, & would like to install it in a 78 truck. Are the grille mounts the same?
Thanks!

Simple answer, no, they aren't the same.
I don't know how much work is involved in doing the switch.

I hope he means he has a '76 grille to put in a '78. They may be different but they would work. A '67 grille belongs on a '67 truck. One year only and all.

did anyone else see the 1" drop from the cab to the hood. That just kills the areodynamics...
But as for changing the grill, you would have to at least modify the fenders to accomodate, as well as mounting brackets probably will have to be homebuilt, but im not sure on that one.
