What's the condition of the front wheel bear/hub assembly?

Is the grinding noise coming from the front left, center, or right of the vehicle?

I'm not a composition **** but, punctuation marks and capital letters in the proper places would help readers decipher what you are trying to say in your posts.

I'm going to take a guess and say if its not your brakes then it is probably a bad hub bearing or a c/v joint. Does the noise change it all if you engage 4x4?

A hub is an assembly, you cannot change just the bearings.
