Well today i bought a wheel hub and after 5 trips to autozone i got the right socket i did the other control arm and after that i started working on the spindle nut the stupid thing will not come off i was jumping on it do you guys have any idea.
I got the spindle nut loose and now i cant get the stupid caliper screws out they are the star type nuts i tryed getting those out would not move so i brought it in to pepboys they did new pads i hope they loosened them and they are not as tight any ideas if they still are tight to get them out they are a little stripped out from the previous owner but not bad i am only 16 so i think i am doing pretty good for that young.

I think you are doing fine for your age. Inspect the work that was done by Larry, Moe and Curly's crew and if they did not replace those bolts go and pick some up and replace them yourself while the are still possibly easy to remove. And always, always, always inspect the work done by any mechanic and especially that done at the quicky discount shops!
At 16 I had already rebuilt an entire engine on my own.

I understand, I sold my '67 427 "R" code Cyclone with 5,500 original miles on it about 10 years ago and I miss it greatly. I won't watch the Barrett-Jackson auctions because I'm afraid I'll see it go for more than 10 times what I sold it for.
