It must suck to have to put up with an unsupportive woman. ;-)
"I" personally hate this truck, not a pretty sight. The other 1/2 wants to keep it "I've always wanted my own personal Tonka truck" but we are moving out of state and I refuse to move with it. So I talked him into scrapping the truck out. "he" wants $2500, but "I" want $1000.
Having a woman involved makes for a good deal. I bought a truck once for $300, the seller originally wanted $1500 but his girlfriend was standing in the yard behind him and said if it were up to her I could just have it, she wanted it out of the yard. I personally would be very upset with my wife if she opened her yap and said something like that.
Same thing happened to me when I bought my 52 F1. He wanted $3500, I told him I'd give him $2500, he said no. As I was driving away he came running outside to stop me. He told his wife wanted it to go so he'll take the $2500.Then all I had to do is convince my wife what a good deal it was
