4x4 Module
Sorry in advance if this question has been answered somewhere already. I have a 2002 Ford Explorer. The 4x4 was not working and so we replaced the module. The 4x4 now seems to be working, we took it out and tried it on a back road. Everything seemed fine until we got out on the main road and got up to about 55 or 60 and then it felt as if the 4x4 hadn't disengaged. Now what do we do? Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

also disconnect the pos battery terminal, turn the key to the on postion and let sit for ten minutes. Then turn key off and reconnect. That will reset the module. After that cycle 4w high and lo a couple of times to relearn. you should be fine after that. hope that helps
