My pin weight on my 5th wheel is approx 2300lbs and it barely engages the overload springs on my 350. The 5th wheel rails and hitch is 280 lbs.

Another great line of products which I have successfully used is Hellwig helper springs and sway bars. They are cost-effective and truly work with minimal installation time/effort.
