Quick Air Pump question

I just got a new carb that did not have the air pump outlet on it. Could I use the manifold vacuum outlet since it works off engine vacuum anyway?

Air pump outlet?

Are you talking Vaccum nipple?

If so, you need to return that carb and get the right one, as it's for a different calibration than what you need. Do you know your OEM carb Number?

I was gonna say something to the effect of, "Look at the vacuum routing diagram under the
hood and figure out what is supposed to go where, you really shouldn't just attach vacuum
operated devices to vacuum sources *****-nilly."
