Guarantee void if removed?

Guarantee void if removed?
Just pulled the intake manifold on my 351W (#2 & #3 failed leakdown test) and found a round tag attached to the valley saying "Guarantee void if removed". Is that tag from Ford or is this a rebuilt engine?

No identifying remarks. Tag is about the size of a dime and apparently riveted to the valley wall between #5 & 6. And, it definitely says "guarantee".
And, this engine's probably been apart - at least the passenger side head's been off. As previously said, #'s 2 & 3 failed a lead-down test. And, the intake seats have apparently been replaced on both of them as the head shows staking. But, none of the other cylinders seats have been staked.
