It's known as an IDI (Indirect Injected).

Personally, I prefer it to the Powerstroke, Some do, some don't!
They are all mechanical so no computers, easy to work on, parts are fairly inexpensive.
Example:
Injectors for an IDI (NON Powerstroke) = about $20 bux each!
Injectors for an DI (Powerstroke) = about $300 bux each!
