Really easy, You just need a puller to pull the pulley and press it back on.
I did mine a few weeks back. Expensive for the pump, but kinda needed.
Are you having braking issues?
I lost my brakes when mine went bad.
Otherwise you could just have a vacuum leak.

Well my ebrake light is intermittantly coming on and going off, when it comes on it kicks off my cruise control........someone on here suggested the vacumn pump.
Brakes work fine so far......it is just that dang light and the cruise control thingy

like talyn said it might be the sensor on the master cylinder,it was on my 95 stroker,my brake light wasnt coming on but the cruise control would kick off intermittantly, i had no idea what it was,until i got a recall notice,and it was for the sensor!!
