Blend door problem

Blend door problem
Got a 08/250/64k/6.4/duel heat air.I think the driver side blend door won't operate. Passenger side goes from hot to cold,driver stays on ac.
#1 can you manual move door
#2 is it vac. or elec.
#3 any place i can get diagram or drawing of heat assy.
or how to get to it

If vac verifies with a gauge.
Then, start looking for a break in the hose, a bad actuator, or...
Have you consider the possibility someone threw crud into the "hole" and jammed it?
When I cleaned out my vents, I found, pens, pencils, and misc. garbage throughout the ducting.
