429, the ford aerostar uses the same rear end that the V6 mustangs use. They are a 7.5" rear, which I guess you could use but I wouldnt plan on plan on putting any kind of power (horsepower) to it, as it will break. I would go with the big brother of the 2 and find a 8.8 out of a 86-04 V8 mustang!

I have some Dana 60's and a bunch of 9's so I was just wondering if the Van rearend would be any good to use cause it already has the mouting brackets for air bags (old spring mounts)
