That is what the section is called as I am sure you know. Coming back down is more interesting, I always just used 2nd gear on the C6 and only used the brakes a couple of times. My brother in law almost cooked the brakes on his diesel pusher motorhome as it didn't have an exhaust brake. BTW, there was a guy with a Chevy dualie, 454 engine, 4:10 gear and an identical trailer to mine. He asked what sppeed I had coming up that long hill, when I told him he said he only could get 22 mph in low.

FWIW I have a 96 F250 excab with a 460 and 4.10's. A couple of years ago I bought a 97 crew cab with 460 & 3.55's. It ran fine just driving around town, but as soon as I hooked up my Jeep and tried to tow it, it was like someone threw an anchor out the back! Nite and day difference vs. the truck with 4.10's.

Your motor is EFI, right? Don't fool with a fuel pressure regulator, your system already regulates fuel pressure.

The only magic bullet here is your right foot, and it's already paid for, and fully adjustable with no tools.
