99 350 headach

I am working on a 99 350 7.3l that is not willing to let me find the problum.The truck hase a vary hared time starting after it sits for 3 or 4 days.When it dose run it runs like crap I have done a buzz test all injectors pass cheked fuel preser it is a steady 55psi when the pump is runing and it slowly drops when the pump is off it take a minit to drop to 35psi the hi preser oil when cranking is betwen 500-1000 psi the cps is puting out a good signal. when i do a balins test i git one or to faluers it vares from first strat and enging hot. If any one has any ideas it wold be apresheated.

Check to see if the HPOR is bleeding down overnight. If it isn't change the CPS.

I agree, let it sit for three days, then measure the oil level at the HPOP reservoir.

See where that plug is removed?
Check there.
Where I'm filling it, the HPOP drive will interfere with the "dipstick" that you will need to fabricate to check the level.
It should be near the top.

The check oil plug takes a 3/16" allen wrench. I use a white plastic tie wrap as a dipstick.

An allen wrench also makes a nice dipstick.
