I have added airbags to my superduty. The reason I added them though is for improved ride and stability when I have my camper on there.
Ive never had a problem with the truck sagging otherwise though, unless I really overload it (which has happened a time or two) If I stay relatively close to the weight rating capacities, my truck does not sag at all.
They were cheap, 100 bucks used and they are HEAVY DUTY!
Easy to install and I had crappy home made brackets to repair and modify. If you find a used set with teh correct brackets, it would be a breeze, 20 minutes a side ish.
For the amount of stuff the average Joe hauls, a little trailer is far better than driving a big long fuel hog around 99% of the time empty.
Any of the smaller vehicles can tow one around nicely, and the trailer comes to be paid for quickly in fuel savings!
