Injection pump

When someones reffering to a "7.3 Injection Pump" , what year would they be reffering too?

Not all 7.3's have injection pumps do they?

The IDI 7.3's (essentially 1994 and earlier) had traditional p-pump type injection pumps.

I guess one might consider our HPOP an injection pump since it is providing the hydraulic pressure to actuate the injectors, but with crankcase oil instead of fuel.
