Body Mount Bushing removal help needed
I have a 1988 4x4 f150 that I am in the process to doing a semi restoration on. I have run into a problem removing the middle and rear cab mount bushings to install the shiny new energy susp. ones. Cab is unbolted and propped up, but I cant figure out how to remove the bushings from the frame... any help will greatly reduce the chances of me giving up and paying someone else to replace them. are the two halves of the bushing pressed together somehow?
