does the 2003 f350 with 7.3 motor dual wheel have the same tranny as the 2003 f250 with 6.0 motor regular truck both are 4 wheel drive and i also have a f650 with a c7 cat motor in it and truck bed for sale if anyone can help with ?? thank you

 

The trans for a 7.3L is the 4R100. The trans behind the 6.0L is the TorqShift. Two very different transmissions. Those are both automatics. Everything is different if you are talking manual transmissions.

 

thanks for the help, when i had a 2003 f250 with 6.0 the tranny give me some trouble and i was going to buy a 2003 f350 but with a 7.3 in it so i was hopping the tranny was different (both are automatic ) any problems with that tranny i should know about thanks again

 

make sure the 03 is really a 7.3. most 03's were 6.0's
