need help pleasseee

truck blew an high pressure oil fitting out of the pump thursday night, i get the new pump in and all all back together and truck wont start, look at guages no fuel pressure, listen, airdog isnt running, fuse is good and has power, cant test power at the pump bc by the time i get down there the 15 seconds would be up...an ideas, is there a fuel pump relay? didnt see anything in the book......

Yes, there is a relay in the fuse block under hood. It is the center of the (3) relays in my truck.

Pump should run more like 30 to 40 secs after ignition is turned on...

If you stripped the threads out of a big oil HPOP at WOT, look around under the hood and see what wiring harness the hose might have been flung into. A short to ground in several under hood harnesses can cause the no power to the fuel pump.

Main engine wiring harness? ICP harness? IPR harness? And check all your fuses with a test light.
