Need some help-Running rough

Looking for some help in diagnostics of a rough running '02 f350. Loaded the fam up to go camping near home in the Yakima Canyon, and as we pulled in noticed one of our own with their hood up. Turns out to be an older gentleman who drove a 100+ miles to Ellensburg, Wa, fueled up and continued the 20+ miles to camp graound no probs. Parked truck, went fishin, came back started truck and it was running real rough. I immediately thought of UVCH being loose. Ran the 30 miles home to grab multimeter and print off UVCH check out proceedure. Grabbing laptop w/ aircard and heading back to campground now. I'll check back later if internet accessable, hope we can get the rig running. The fella's first instinct was to drain fuel bowl to eliminate bad fuel, then call the stealership, which is closed. Truck is again a 02 F350. It starts but is running real rough like not firing on all cylinders. Thanks in advance
