Say, what type of torque converter does Brian use on his trans?
Is it a triple clutch or what?
Just curious trying to compare with other rebuilt trans.

I am no expert on TCs...It's purple.... and it drives like it is 'locked' in all of the time.
Give him a call and Brian will talk to you. You will like what he has (I do)
Precision Industries Stallion converter. Yes it's a triple disk. PI also machines their own billet front cover for the converter, rather than reusing the stock one.
I called and spoke to him because I was considering buying a trans from him, mine was acting up.I took it to a transmission shop in Utica Ny,where they tested it and said it was slipping. After speaking with him for a few minutes he had me drive it while on I was on the phone with him.He had me drive certain speeds and at certain rpm's,od on,od off, then told me I didnt need a transmission I needed new intercooler boots. He was right changed the intercooler boots and the problems were gone.I called him back and asked him how much he wanted for diagnosing the problem,He laughed and wouldnt take any money. He doesnt even sell the intercooler boots so I couldnt even buy something from him.He is a person of integrity in my experience and whatever he sells I am sure he stands behind 110%.Sorry this doesnt answer your question, but I like saying nice things about nice people,I would imagine the quality of his work and products matches the quality of person he is.

That right there is why if my truck ever needs another tranny it will be a BTS.

and it works fabulous. I've abused mine towing in 9000 plus feet elevation and the TC holds perfectly!
