Question Directionals

My left side just went dead. I checked the lights both front and rear and they were okay. I think it might be the switch on the column. Anybody have a similiar experience or could put some light (no pun) on the subject? Is the instrument bulb part o fthe circuit?
Thanks

I've seen this before and it was the signal light switch on the column. It needed to be replaced. Remove the upper and lover covers on the column to access it. You have to unscrew the tilt lever, remove the ignition lock cylinder by turning the key to the run position then poking a thin screwdriver or metal rid into the hole in the lower cover to push in the pin in the cylinder, then remove the screws that hold the covers on and remove the covers.
The switch is held to the column with 2 torx head (usually) screws. Once it is loose you can unplug the wiring to it. Reassemble in reverse order
