t19 pto location

hey guy's just got a smoking deal on a pto winch for big red.6 ton tulsa winch and pto with drive shafts.what i need to know is what side of the trans should i put the pto on.both sides of the trans has a pto cover and i'm wondering whats the difference.the passenger side will give me the most clearance. does one side come off the input shaft and give me one speed, and the other side attach to the output shaft and allow me to put the trans in gear and be able to winch with different speeds by choosing different gears. or is there two different locations for choice of mounting locations

i was hoping there would be one on my transfercase for the option of being able to change my line speed with gears.but i'm not that lucky.lol

Typical mounting goes on the right side, but the T19 gives the option for both.Clearance of course is one issue, and it depends what you are intending to run with it. If you are going to have actual shafts from it, then you have to make sure you have the clearance to run it. As far as what drives it, it is the same shaft.
