Is 400 to. . . .

Is $400 canadian to much to pay for a set of bare aussie heads that have been proved to be good? I know the guy and hes an engine builder that had the heads manfluxed and pressure tested or somthing like that. The heads are bare but i think he has all the valves and such for them. Oh he also has more than one set.
