Thinking about buying a 2006 King Ranch with 62K miles on it... any words of wisdom or caution I should be aware of.

 

Assuming it has the 5.4 I would get the plugs changed as a condition of purchase as they are known to stick in the heads and have to be removed. Not really as big of a deal as it used to be with all of the tools and procedures out there, but I would still get it done.
