It may sound kind of cheesy. But It is an honor to serve so that others don't have to! I will get that DAV membership sir. And @ tseekins- I have worked with some coasties and they were straight up crazy! Why would you want to jump into a really pissed off storm, in the middle of an ocean? Met a crusty old Chief in Iraq that did that until injuries forced him into inspecting cargo. He was kind of scary Thank you for all you have done too.

x-plan
I saw a post on blue oval forum that if you owned 100 shares of ford stock for 6 months you were eligible for the x plan. I sent ford investor contact the question and the replay was this.

I bought a 150 last month. I got it under the xplan they showed me the paper there were a couple other plans on there a c plan a d plan and a z plan also one had a really really low price.
They gave me the xplan and 3,500 addition off and I financed through a 3rd party. I saved around 8k.

My employer is covered under the X Plan. Walked into dealership #1 and told them I was on the X Plan. They showed me the price and would not negotiate with me. Went to dealership #2 and did not tell them I was X Plan eligible. I then negotiated a better price than the X Plan.
