You will need to pop the stainless steel trim cover off the top side of the mount. Gently pry on it with a small flat screw driver and you should be able to pop it off. Underneath you will find four phillips head screws you should be able to tighten.

Wow. That is so simple. I have been watching my antenna floppin in the wind the last few months and got frustrated that i couldnt find access to it from in the cab or wheel well. The only thing i did differently was to flip the top plate upside down, as it was worn on one side and did not hold the antenna tight as i bottomed the screws out. Now it's holding great and the stainless trim piece fit just fine on top, even with the screw plate installed upside down. Gotta love the quick easy fixes! Thanks for the info!!!!
