The rims should be a 15x8 but even if they are 15x7.5, they will still work. My buddy has a ranger with 15x7 rallies-that he out BFG T/A KO 31x10.50 on and they look good little balloning effect. so it should work and look good/perform well also.
My stock rims were 7.5" on my 92. 31x10.50's were fine on it. My brother has them on his 76 now. They made both 7.5" and 8" for a while. Different option packages determined which rim width you got.
No Problemo, I just got a set of rims also, factory 10hole with the fake rivets around the edges. I just bought a set of Bridgestone Dueler AT Revos and didn't have a problem. Tire size was 31x10.5x15.

It ain't no biggie. Truck drives and handles better than it ever has. I know that they don't reccomend it, but I do.
On-road and probably mild off-roading probably wouldn't be an issue. It's just when doing any kind of serious off-roading that you're risking popping a bead loose when the tires are too wide (or too narrow) for the rim.
