I would go with stage 2's, modded 17* HPOP, get rid of the crappy uppipes while you have a chance and get a T4 kit instead of messing with the stock replacement turbos(this route will be more expensive, but better in the long run) and mount an S465 up on there. Well that is if it's in the budget. Murff Racing has a nice one piece bellowed uppipe kit to get rid of the junky leaky stock pipes/donuts. Then mount you a nice T4 flanged turbo like an S300 or S465 and you'll be good to go, but you will have to make your own oil lines for the turbo, maybe need to do electric fuel and delete the fuel bowl also so all that combined might be out of your price range.
Get you some comp 910 valve springs. They can be had from summit for like $85... some DI pushrods- $200..
