Yep, should work from any OBS fullsize truck. But the gas truck sometimes had the bumper without the holes. It'll work, just a little less air flow to the radiator. Shouldn't be a problem though.
If it isn't just all bent to heck then it's pretty easy to straighten out. If the ends of the bumper are just pointing down you can pull it off(4 bolts) and either, straighten out the hangers or straighten out the lip on the back side of the bumper that bolts to the hanger. My driver's side bent down after being pulled. I looked under and saw that the driver's side hanger was bent forward about 1/4" and the lip was bowed out just a hair. Pulled the bumper down, beat the dog doo out of the hanger til it was straight again, and tapped the lip of the bumper a couple times to straighten it. Then hold it up to see if it lines up how you want and bolt on when you like what you see. Took me all of 30 minutes and bumper is perfectly straight again. I just used a ratchet, socket, and hammer.
It is the ends that are sagging. I had it off once a year ago, when I put on a front receiver. It was better for a while, but back to full blown sag again.
I was just going to keep my eye out for hopefully something more impressive than a stock replacement. If it comes off a parted out F150 or something I wasn't sure if there would be something different about the mounting.
I definitely prefer sagging and with my holes then straight and no holes though.
I've tried with the jack and blocks, pretty much every time I had the jack out for any reason. I think the PO had a little fender bender and there isn't much to do short of really pounding away on it. Now that I live in suburbia though, that kind of thing is frowned upon. I gave it a couple of taps after jacking it up last time, damn thing rang like a bell.
So does that mean that rear bumpers and tailgates from all full-size rigs will work too?
Not sure about the bumpers. But any bed or tailgate from 1987-1997 will fit and have the same body lines.
My bed is from a '87 F150, not sure what year my rear bumper is from, it was replaced by the tow truck company that bent it up a few weeks ago from a junk yard truck.

Hey Jacob, I need a tailgate too, find a couple would ya??!!??!! Heck evan needs one too... get 2 our color and one for evan, any color, he'll paint it...
That isn't a bad price. I really haven't even looked for one yet, just messin with jacob some...I should look for one soon though, mines got a couple bad rust spots and a twist in it too..
The bumpers from both gas to diesel, and in those years will work! I did a lot of playing around a while back when my front one was rusted through, and I didnt have a rear bumper!
