Spindle Nut Question

When I had to mess with a spindle nut on my 91 Bronco w/ auto hubs, I had to go to Schucks.... er, O'Reilly's.... and rent the tool for it. Can't remember what it cost, but it got the job done and you get your money back when you return the tool. I'm sure someone here can give you a step-by-step how-to for it.
