So I spoke with the customer service over at Weathertech and it turns out that:
1. They do not make a Weathertech Digital for my 2010 truck w/manual transfer case
2. They said that the 2009 ones are not meant to fit the 2010's

Not sure what to do here. I am kinda bummin that I cant get the nice quality mats to fit around the transfer case. I would much rather get these ones that cover the carpet area too rather than just the regular floor mats.

Try HuskyLiners.

Not quite as expensive, still fit pretty well, and lifetime warranty.

Yeah I am looking into those now shotgunz............I just really liked the idea of the mat being able to protect the entire surrounding area too (like a concave fit)........just gotta see now.

If I am going with just regular floor mats, I might still just get the weathertech mats. The husky liners look more plain and cheap

I opted for the HL - they cover pretty damn well (from what I've see, as well as the WT). I will admit they are not quite as 'nice' as the WT.

I've had them since July 09 (18k miles) and except for scratches from gravel, the front driver's side (first two pictures) looks as good as new.

They are not a flexible rubber - they're a hard plastic (but they can be bent slightly).

I looked at the all the expensive mats...just couldn't shell out the cash..

I picked up a set of front mats at sams club...good quality..been in the truck just about a yr. and looks like I just put em in..

As far as the back, I have always used the water proof (rubber backing)
runner material at lowes...differant colors, and you just take yor time and cut it the way you want...
those contoured liners kinda suk for me when i lift the backseat and try to put boxes or such back there...the runner I put in covers all of the floor...
my old truck the runners were in there over 8 yrs..worked out great..

^I hear what you are saying but the new 09/10 rear liners (at least the Weathertechs) do cover the entire rear floor now even when the backseat is lifted up.

Yes sir, they are. Back in June 09 I tried to buy the Weathertechs (not one bad review on any truck forums - they are the best) but they were back ordered (4-6 weeks according to Autoanything) so I decided to try the HuskyLiners.

I've been pleasantly surprised and I did save a few bucks.

More money!

So I went ahead and orderd the all weather floor mats today. Didnt get the digital cuts because they claim it wont fit with the manual transfer case, so I just went ahead and go the 1st and 2nd row ones. Hopefully they still fit/look awesome.

I went to Auto Zone and got some Harley-Davidson floor mats for the front and Ford mats for the back.

i got these to also save my factory ones. these look nice and heck, have deep grooves and nice "f-150" logo on them. they fit great too! they sell them for the rear that come with or without factory sub. i do have the sub so that was what really leaned me towardfs getting em. weather tech is ust to expensive to me!

What is this "sub" they are referring to?
