wiper problem

My windshield wipers stay on all the time I changed the blinker switch
the only way to turn off is pull the fuse while truck is running
My truck is a 1992 f 250 7.3 motor .

Thanks Jay

Sounds like the multi-function switch in the column has failed.

It could be the park switch inside the wiper motor....
The park switch is the switch the switch that returns the wipers to the down position after you turn the wipers off.
