AOD converter

Ok I just did a reduild on my Aod trans and dumped the fuild from the converter, now how much do I put back in???? (1988 302 Bronco)

I read somewhere that it's two quarts but I would check with your local transmission shop to be sure.

complete fill is more like 19 quarts. It's in the owners manual if you have one.

1990 Service Manual states 12.3 qts for AOD refill. Fluid level indicator should be used to determine actual fluid requirements.
