1995 explorer shift delay
How many miles are on it? Does it do it when hot? Is the fluid full? Prob the seals are hard letting pressure go past them. Pour a half pint of brake fluid in it and save for an overhaul. The brake fluid will swell the seals.

Yes I meant put brake fluid in the trans. I does the same thing all those trans conditioners do. One half pint should do the trick but it's only temporary. Start saving for an overhaul.
