4.6 Spark Plug Change

I know I know, 4.6's dont have the spark plug problem, but as i hit 100,000 miles on my 04, i didnt really feel like doing it myself, so i called 2 dealerships close to me to get quotes. One quoted me at worse case scenerio (because they swear they have had 4.6 plugs break in the head) between $350-400. Then i called another and was quoted $145, that was that. So i took it in, but yet was leary about the quote over the phone. But sure enough my bill was $145. So what is the difference in the plugs from the 4.6 to the 5.4 cause they only charged me $8 a peice for plugs?

Anyone else have any experience getting their 4.6 plugs changed?
