no key for locking gas cap

I use to run into this when I worked at a car dealership. All you need is a 5/16 left hand drill bit. You put the bit in your drill make sure your drill is turning left. Put the bit were the key goes and start drilling. The bit will cut down little and than catch the lock. It will spin the cap out.
