I'm guessing that by "surging" you mean the engine is revving suddenly for a very brief time. Is it surging at idle when you start it hot? When you're slowing down or stopped? Does it make a difference if you turn the engine off then start it back up?

i have first gear and then D than double D and after i get past a serten speed it wouldnt drop in to pasing gear for some reason any solutions ?
