Sand drags??

any hints on what is the best way strategies for sand drags.like tire pressure boosted launches....

rear tires damn near flat and front tires pumped up tight

I dont come up on the converter hard on sand drags bc I tend to spin a lot straight off the line. My best times were from hard 2nd gear (C6) launches though.

Your best bet would be take it to a test and tune track and see what works best for you. If there arent any around you dirt roads work

Or cut boggers work great. Are you 4x4, whats your suspension, motor, trans, converter speed **** like that will help alot more.

Well, we had our sand drags on Sunday, which BTW hasn't happened for over 5 years.Anyway I won every race except 2 because i was in two wheel drive.I must have raced at least 10 times,Killed a 6.7 cummins with stacks and an H&S tuner set at 100hp,Toyota tundra which had super wide tires and was supercharged,and a bunched of powerstrokes.It was a fun filled day for the family and will have another one in October.
