decode engine

I have friend that just bought a 78F150 4x4. The engine that is in it now is the orginal. It should have a 351M or 351W. However, this engine looks like a 302. Can anybody help me decode his engine?

If its original post the trucks VIN. We can decode it and tell you what was in it from the factory.
It won't be a 351W. None were factory installed in dents.

No 351W's as original truck engine. Van's only

Does it have a wet or dry intake manifold ?

What is the firing order ?

302 is 15426378

351M/400
13726548
