I have noticed that when I am driving on a straight road the steering pulls to the right. I am always having to hold the wheel to left a bit to keep it perfectly going straight on the road, that isn't my concern I think that will be fixed with a wheel alignment.
But now what I noticed is when im going at around 60-65mph and there is a bend on the highway going left, there is a humming sound produced from the front driver side tire. It's only noticeable if the music is turned down at the bend or if you really pay close attention.
Should I get this looked at right away? Or wait till it gets more noticeable?
I am hoping its not the Hub. The tires on the truck are 35" Toyo Open Countries.
I just bought the truck few weeks ago, but the previous owner had put them on about 6k ago. Not sure what was on it prior to. It's going in for a tire rotation soon so maybe I should just mention it to the mechanic? they will probably charge for every little thing though. Thanks Senix always quick to reply!

Toyo Open Country A/T, or M/T? Could just be a tire issue (radial pull). Obviously the M/T's will be noisier than the A/T's. I have the LT285/75R 18E A/T's myself. No issues from them on my truck.
I have the M/Ts. The noise is not what concerns me. Its the humming sound when turning the wheel slightly to the left at highway speeds. Normal city driving can't notice a thing just on highway when going around a left bend, nothing when going aorund a right bend.
Climb under the RH side of the truck and check to see if the Exhaust Down Pipe is touching the frame rail where the pipe has a factory flat spot to clear the frame.Mine did the same thing after i had cab off for HG's and the pipe was touching the frame and we had to readjust and vibration went away.
Thanks BassHunter, I dont get a vibrating feel though or sound, its just humming sound. I will for sure check that out though when I get a minute to crawl under it.
I had a humming noise as you describe on a car that I bought used; it didn't start until about two months after I bought the car. The right tire was getting worn on edge and after looking everything over the tie rod end was loose and had out of wack toe-in. Previous owner had the car aligned about six months before I purchased it. She also had the right tire blow out shortly before I bought the car. So the tire shop she bought new front tires from did not even inspect the suspension and they too missed the fact that the tie rod jam nut was loose.
I bought four new tires and alignment; and figured that was the end of it. The noise was still there; I ended up replacing the right bearing on the front wheel drive car. I figure the excess toe-out stressed it too much; and the damage was done...... BTW, I could find nothing wrong with that bearing assembly when rotating it by hand; but my loud hum or drone sound went away as soon as I replaced it.
So the point is; if not your tires; and even if your alignment needs corrected; may still be bearing assembly.
